M. Ann O'Brien

Ms. O'Brien has been a Managing Director in Equity Risk Management at BAC since 2006, and for the previous eight years, was one of three executives managing BAC's global Principal Investing business, which consisted of BAC's private equity fund and direct investing activity.
Her responsibilities included strategy development and execution, investment approval, portfolio valuation and valuation and integration of acquired direct investment portfolios.
During the ten years prior, Ms. O'Brien was Managing Partner and Managing Director for one of BAC's direct investment businesses, during which time she was responsible for originating, managing and exiting private equity and mezzanine investments.
Ms. O'Brien serves on the board of the University of Florida Investment Corporation, which manages the investments of the University of Florida Foundation and the board of Value Asset Management, LLC.
She earned a B.S.
in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
