Marc Pinto

Since November 1, 1998, Marc Pinto, through River Real Estate Consulting, LLC, has been acting first as SHLP’s Chief Financial Officer and since August 1, 2000, as SHLP’s President.
Marc was formerly Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Mastering, Inc. (formerly Eagle River Interactive, Inc.), a publicly traded technology company, where his responsibilities included overseeing the company’s financial, investor-relations and infrastructure organizations as well as negotiating the company’s various acquisitions and dispositions, including the ultimate sale of the company in 1998.
Prior to joining Mastering, Inc., Marc was a tax partner with Arthur Andersen L.L.P.
He is a certified public accountant and holds a Masters of Accounting and Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia.
