He is a bankruptcy attorney with extensive years of experience representing major financial institutions, syndicate agents and private equity firms in debt restructurings and insolvency proceedings.
He is a partner and co-head of the Business Reorganization and Creditors’ Rights Department of Kaye Scholer LLP, and has been involved in restructurings and insolvencies on behalf of lenders and investors in a broad range of industries, including media and telecom, energy, real estate, manufacturing, healthcare, shipping and retail cases.
Mr. Liscio is active in large, nationally syndicated credit facilities, middle market and club deals and distressed private equity investments.
