Mark Kozak

Mr. Mark Kozak is a Managing Director at Warwick Group, Inc. Prior to joining Warwick, Mr. Kozak enjoyed a career spanning 20 years in operational management and strategic planning.
During this time, he worked in the consumer products, pharmaceuticals and health and beauty aids industries for Fort James Corporation and Bristol-Myers Squibb Company.
While with Fort James and Bristol-Myers Squibb, he held several managerial positions in marketing, sales, manufacturing, administration, and strategic planning.
This breadth of experience allows, him to bring a unique understanding of a company's strategic, operational, and financial needs to the party thus allowing Warwick to view situations from the operational perspective.
This perspective serves to strengthen the relationship between Warwick and its portfolio companies.
Mr. Kozak holds a BS degree from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from the University of New Haven.
