Mark S. Sipprelle

Mr. Sipprelle is a co-founder of the Arx Fundsr.
He is a brother of Dwight D.
Sipprelle.
Previously, he was a Vice President, Proprietary Portfolio Co-Manager and Co-Head of the High Yield & Distressed Securities Group of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
("Wells Fargo"), where he co-managed a proprietary portfolio of $600 million, which focused on a broad range of distressed securities and instruments.
Mr. Sipprelle graduated with honors from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
