Martin Bavinton

Martin has more than 20 years of experience in corporate law and M&A.
Prior to joining Alteri, he was general counsel of private equity firm Oakley Capital where he covered funds, regulation, compliance and M&A.
Prior to Oakley Capital, Martin spent 11 years at global law firm Ashurst LLP at its London and Madrid offices, where he advised on a broad range of private and public company transactions.
Martin has a BA in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford and a Diploma in Law from the College of Law.
