Matthew Brooks

Mr. Matthew Brooks is a Principal at Invesco Senior Secured Management, Inc. He is a member of the investment team for Invesco Credit Partners.
In this role, he is responsible for sourcing, analysing, and executing distressed investment opportunities.
He joined Invesco in 2013.
Prior to joining Invesco, Mr. Brooks was at Barclays Private Credit Partners, a private credit opportunities fund.
While at Barclays Private Credit Partners, he was responsible for evaluating and executing private credit investments in middle market sponsor backed companies within the healthcare, industrials, services, software, and retail sectors.
prior to Barclays Private Credit Partners, he worked at Evercore Partners as an investment banker in the Restructuring Group where he advised on both in-and out-of-court restructurings.
Mr. Brooks began his career at UBS Investment Bank as an investment banker in the Restructuring and Leveraged Finance Group.
He earned his B.A.
in Economics and Finance from McGill University.
