Lone Pine Capital LLC (LPC) is an independent, SEC-registered investment advisor and hedge fund management firm headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut. The firm was founded in 1997 by Stephen F. Mandel, Jr. LPC provides investment advisory services to private investment funds offered to investors on a private placement basis (LPC Funds). Investors in the funds include high net-worth individuals, corporations, trusts, charitable institutions, foundations, endowments, funds-of-funds and other US and international institutional investors.
