Matthieu Delamaire

Matthieu is a Founding Partner of Kartesia.
In his role, Matthieu is responsible for overseeing the management and development of the company, more particularly in relation to finance and taxes.
When founding Kartesia in 2013, Matthieu had over 7 years in private equity finance and a further 7 in audit and transaction services.
Before founding Kartesia, Matthieu co-founded the Altercap funds at LBO France, which successfully raised and invested € 500m in corporate credit opportunities since 2009.
Previously, Matthieu worked at Société Générale's Leveraged Finance teams and took part in the structuring of various LBO transactions.
Matthieu also worked as an auditor at Deloitte, where he began his career in 1999, and at PWC in the Transaction Services department in 2001, where he was responsible for delivering due diligence reports for corporates and private equity funds.
