He started his real estate career in 1983 as an Appraiser for Pannell Kerr Forster, appraising hospitality properties across the country.
He received his BA in Business and an MBA in Finance from the University of Washington.
He received his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 1987 and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Washington State.
