(Philippines).
He is also the Chairman & President of Velarde Group, Inc. Additionally, he holds positions as the Chairman of the Asian Institute of Journalism & Communication, Director of Gamboa Holdings, Inc., Director of Foodcamp Industries & Marketing, Inc., and Director of Emerald Investments, Inc. (Philippines).
In the past, Mr. Velarde served as the Chairman & President of Top Mega Enterprises Ltd.
and Joyce Link Holdings Ltd.
He also held the position of Philippine Commissioner at the United Nations Educational, Scientific & Cultural Org and served as the Executive Vice President & General Manager at Sky Cable Corp.Mr. Velarde obtained his undergraduate degree from Boston University and his graduate degree from the University of Asia & the Pacific.
He also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
