Grim, CPA, is Finance & Chief Risk Officer at BB&T Securities LLC.
He on financial and operational efficiency as well as the monitoring of risk.
He has 28 years of experience in the capital markets business, the first 12 as CFO with responsibility for operations, accounting, compliance and technology at Craigie Incorporated , and the last 16 as a member of the BB&T Capital Markets management group.
He experience provides an array of accounting and operational expertise to the challenges of the fast-paced activities of a full-service capital markets platform that is aligned with one of the nation’s fastest growing banks.
Mr. Grim was previously employed as Senior Managing Director by Scott & Stringfellow Financial, Inc., Chief Financial Officer by Scott & Stringfellow, Inc., and Vice President of Finance by University of Richmond.
He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond.
