Mr. Michael J.
Peters, CFA, is Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at Cleary Gull Advisors, Inc. and Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at Cleary Gull, Inc. He uses his experience to conduct sector, fund, corporate and municipal issuer fundamental analysis.
This includes quantitative screening and modeling, and building and maintaining research templates.
He contributes to the fixed income portfolio management process through designing investment strategies, analyzing portfolio attribution and applying risk management techniques.
He is also involved in the trading of client portfolios, monitoring markets, maintaining and developing broker relationships, making trade recommendations, and assisting with trade execution.
Prior to joining Cleary Gull, Mr. Peters held the position as a Fixed Income Analyst at Madison Investment Advisors where he actively managed 750 fixed income portfolios.
He previously worked for CUNA Mutual Insurance as an Investment Operations Analyst and Strong Financial Corporation as an Equity Settlement Specialist.
Mr. Peters received a BBA degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in May of 2003.
He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Society of Milwaukee.
