Michael Lee

Michael Lee is a Vice President at AGI Partners LLC, an alternative investment management firm that deploys capital in private equity investments and special situation opportunities from our funds.
He is responsible for sourcing investments, conducting due diligence, structuring transactions, and monitoring portfolio companies.
Previously, he spent three years at IMM Private Equity, a $3 billion global fund, where he sourced and executed leveraged buyouts and growth equity transactions.
Prior to IMM, he was an investment banking analyst at Macquarie where he was involved in a number of M&A, restructuring, and capital markets transactions.
Before working in finance, he served in the US Army where he served his fellow soldiers and the country.
He earned an MBA from Columbia Business School, as Sung and Fumi Lee Scholar, and a B.S.
in Electrical and Computer Engineering, cum laude, from Seoul National University.
