Michael Moore

Mr. Moore joined the firm in July 2014.
He manages budget, treasury, forecasting and analysis.
Mr. Moore also leads the firm’s tax strategy for financial reporting, corporate development and Fund investments.
He also works with the deal team to develop overall portfolio structure and financial strategies.
Mr. Moore is responsible for the firm’s Compliance program.
Mr. Moore has 20 years of experience.
Prior to his promotion to Chief Financial Officer/Chief Compliance Officer, Mr. Moore served as Pt Capital’s Controller for three years.
Before joining Pt Capital, Mr. Moore was the Senior Director of Finance for Cook Inlet Tribal Council (CITC), where his responsibilities included managing the social enterprise division of six clients with assets over $70 million.
He oversaw the daily functions of the clients and assumed CFO responsibilities for the companies.
Mr. Moore also served as the Controller for the Arctic Slope Native Association in Barrow, Alaska and worked for public accounting firms Deloitte & Touche and KPMG.
Mr. Moore graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Alaska Pacific University and a Master of Business Administration from Washington State University.
