Michael R. Garza

Prior to joining PRV in 2006, Mr. Garza held operations positions in lean manufacturing, procurement and manufacturing for 35 years at Parker Hannifin, a leading manufacturer of controls and systems for the aerospace, industrial and automotive markets.
His responsibilities included supplier development, strategic outsourcing, and implementation of lean principles in manufacturing, office and support operations.
Mr. Garza’s positions within Parker Aerospace included Operational Team Leader for continuous improvement, Manufacturing Team Leader and Senior Sub-Contract Specialist.
He received extensive training in Lean Manufacturing from the Lean Enterprise Institute and the Shingijutsu Company.
He has been recognized by Parker Aerospace for leadership, innovation, and exceptional achievement in organizational strategy.
He was also awarded the Reach for Excellence award for developing the first cellular manufacturing concept in Parker Aerospace.
