Michael Walter Srubinski

Prior to joining Turnberry, Mr. Srubinski was a Vice President of Credit Suisse First Boston and the Controller of the First Boston Special Situations Fund which he joined in June 1993.
Prior tojoining the First Boston Special Situations Fund, Mr. Srubinski was a Manager in Credit Suisse First Boston’s Internal Audit Department and a Senior Accountant at Deloitte and Touche.
Mr. Srubinski receivedan MBA from New York University’s Leonard N.
Stern School of Business in 1994 and a B.S.
in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Long Island University’s C.W.
Post Campus.
