After years of training and experience gained in a variety of financial and strategic planning capacities at Rockwell International, Mr. Galambos, together with partners, acquired Horizon Industrial Group, an automotive supplier, and became its EVP and CFO.
Following a very successful sale of his interests in Horizon, he became a management consultant at KPMG Strategic Consulting Services where from 1990 through 1997 he specialized in operations and cost improvement and supply chain management and improvement.
Since 1997, Mr. Galambos has been and continues to be a Vice President and senior partner of the automotive practice of AT Kearney based in Southfield, MI.
AT Kearney's automotive practice is the world's leading automotive management consulting practice with clients ranging from the automotive OEMs to a variety of large and middle-market suppliers to that industry.
His specialty is strategic consulting to achieve growth and operational and cost reduction consulting to increase profitability, with significant experience and success in consulting in turnaround situations.
Mr. Galambos has further expertise in implementing foreign sourcing strategies for manufacturing operations across a wide range of products.
