Mr. Weiksner founded Ephesus Capital Partners while a second-year student at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Before Stanford, he worked in corporate finance and capital markets at Thomas Weisel and Bear Stearns.
As an associate at Weisel, he led client development efforts on behalf of the firm's nascent equity underwriting franchise.

He was the assistant head coach for the Boys 4-A Varsity Basketball team that went to the state championship game and worked as the head coach for the Freshmen Basketball and Baseball teams.
Mr. Weiksner graduated from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2004.
His coursework focused on entrepreneurship, operations and finance.
He majored in Public Policy and Economics at Duke, where he also played varsity football.
