Nicole Theall Holmes

Ms. Holmes joined Lake Capital in 2001.
Prior to attending the University of Chicago, Ms. Holmes spent four years in progressively more senior positions with Chase Securities, beginning in 1995 as a credit analyst in middle market banking.
She was promoted to account officer and given responsibility for a credit portfolio of 20 middle market clients with sales ranging from $50 million to $2 billion.
In 1997, Ms. Holmes joined Chase’s Global Syndicated Finance as a financial analyst and was promoted a year later to an associate.
In addition to her MBA from the University of Chicago, Ms. Holmes graduated with a BA in mathematical-economics from Colgate University.
