Lacourciere joined Watts Water Technologies, Inc. in 1986 and became Vice President of New Hampshire Operations in 1989.
Previously, he served as Vice President of Manufacturing for Watts Regulator Co. from 1991 to 1993, as Executive Vice President from 1993 to 1995 and as President from 1995 to 1997.
Mr. Lacourciere was appointed Corporate Vice President of Manufacturing for Watts Water Technologies in 1997 and Executive Vice President of Manufacturing in February 2006.
