He served in the US Army as a Computer Main Frame System Engineer at the Headquarters Armed Forces Southern Europe, Naples, Italy.
Mr. Carnaggio received an AA degree and BS degree in Vocational Education from the United States Army Signal Command and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
