Paul Zofnass

Mr. Paul Zofnass is an Advisor at Environmental Capital Partners LLC.
He is President of the Environmental Financial Consulting Group, Inc. (EFCG).
Mr. Zofnass founded EFCG (www.efcg.com) in 1990, following a thirteen year career at Oppenheimer & Co., where he was a Managing Director and established the firm's Environmental Services Group.
EFCG is a boutique investment bank providing advisory services to environmental companies.
The firm's services include strategic advice, assistance with ownership transition issues, valuations, and assistance in mergers and acquisitions.
EFCG has held a major CEO Conference for the engineering & consulting industry each October since the firm's founding.
Mr. Zofnass is also actively involved in environmental activities at Harvard University and serves on the Advisory Committee of the Harvard University Committee on the Environment; the Environmental Council of the Harvard University Board of Overseers on University Resources; the Visiting Committee for Harvard's Arnold Arboretum; and as an advisor to Harvard's School of Design - Center for Environment and Technology.
Mr. Zofnass is a magna cum laude graduate of Harvard College, and holds a JD from Harvard Law School and an MBA from Harvard Business School
