Food manufactures and distributes convenience food under such brands as Just, Shamrock, Roma, Cuisine de France, La Brea and Caroll Cuisine. Origin manufactures and distributes feeds, fertiliser, seeds and chemicals, proteins and oils. The Group has manufacturing, trading and distribution operations based in the Republic of Ireland, the United Kingdom, Continental Europe, the United States of America and Canada. During 2007, the Group acquired the entire share capital of Otis Spunkmeyer Holdings Inc.

IPL Plastics Plc is a private equity firm headquartered in Dublin, Ireland which was founded in the year 2005. The firm’s Plastics Division supplies products to a broad range of customers across market sectors in Ireland, the UK, North America and China.

OpenHydro Group Ltd. designs, manufactures and installs marine turbines to generate renewable energy from tidal streams. Its technology open-centre turbine is designed to be deployed directly on the seabed which provides supply of clean, predictable and renewable energy. The company was founded by Brendan Gilmore and Donal O'Flynn in 2004 and is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.
