Fédéris Gestion d'Actifs SA (Fédéris Gestion) is the fund management subsidiary of La Banque Postale Asset Management SA, itself a subsidiary of state-owned La Poste SA in France. Created in 2003 by the merger of the Malakoff and Médéric firms, Fédéris Gestion manages the Federis fund range and institutional investments of Malakoff Médéric and their partners, specializing in government bonds and private sector bonds in the Euro Zone. Based in Paris, Fédéris Gestion is a socially responsible investor and signatory of the UN Principles for Responsible Investment which integrates ESG and socially responsible investment criteria into their investment process and has a significant ESG and SRI fund offering.

Fonds de Réserve pour les Retraites (FRR) is the pension fund management subsidiary of Government of France’s The Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations. The firm was founded by France's Social Security Financing Act in 1999 to ensure the French pension system's viability. Headquartered in Paris, FRR manages the sums allocated to it, in order to build up reserves intended to contribute to the sustainability of eligible pension plans.
