Prior to that, he was a Planner for The Mumphrey Group, Inc. specializing in large facility capital planning and project management.
Mr. Hutchinson graduated with a Bachelor of City Planning from the University of Virginia and earned an MBA from the AB Freeman School of Business at Tulane University, where he was an Aldrich Fellow.
