McIsaac is a Managing Director at AEW UK Investment Management LLP.
She is managing portfolios in excess of £1.8 billion with overall responsibility for executing asset strategy and asset management with over 31 years of industry experience.
She was Chief Executive Officer of The Association of Real Estate Funds (AREF) from 2004-2009 and the Managing Director of REThink Real Estate, the UK's first real estate innovation consultancy, for two years from 2002.
Prior to this, Ms. McIsaac spent 8 years at UBS Global Asset Management as a Director and Fund Manager of Triton Property Fund.
She is a qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), IMC and OU Business School (MBA).
