Mr. Rahim Khakiani is Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary at UBL Fund Managers Ltd.
Over ten years of diverse experience of financial management, accounting & reporting, external audits, management consulting, due diligence and business valuation in reputable organizations including JS Investments Limited, KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co, Ford Rhodes Sidat Hyder & Co (member of Ernst & Young International) and Hashwani Hotels Limited In his previous capacity as Head of Finance with JS Investments Limited, he was instrumental in successfully listing and IPO of the first asset management company in Pakistan.
Played an important role in securitization of future management fee of Rs.
700 million; He was looking after the entire accounting, financial reporting, corporate secretarial, corporate taxation and other related matters of the JS Investments; Mr. Khakiani holds a Masters degree in Economics from Karachi University with concentration in Econometrics & Mathematical Economics.
He is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and a Cost & Management Accountant, Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan and a Corporate Secretary, Institute of Corporate Secretaries of Pakistan.
