Remwick A. Paige

Prior to Equifin, Mr. Paige was responsible for raising more than $10 billion in equity subscriptions for alternative investment funds, including JP Morgan Partners, Moore Strategic Value Partners Japanese Restructuring and Blackstone Capital.
Prior to JP Morgan, he served as head of business development and project finance for a private equity venture sponsored by Bechtel Enterprises and Kiewit Ventures.
Beginning in 1989, Mr. Paige was a Director at Financial Guaranty Insurance Company, a division of GE Capital which has been at the forefront of undertaking new financing structures in the asset-backed markets.
During his seven year tenure there, he was also responsible for product development and investor relations.
Prior to joining GE Capital, Mr. Paige joined Lehman Brothers in 1983 as an investment banker.
There, he was lead banker for more than $2 billion in financings including three senior-managed asset-backed transactions.
Most recently, he was Chief Marketing Officer for Preston Gates & Ellis, a 500 lawyer law firm on the West Coast and in Asia.
Mr. Paige earned a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Amherst College.
