Renaud des Portes de la Fosse

Mr. Renaud des Portes de la Fosse is Partner & Managing Director at Corum Asset Management SAS.
He starts his career at BOURDAIS (that since then became CBRE), as Operations Manager working closely with the Chairman of BOURDAIS.
In 1994, he takes the responsibility of the branch network, that he develops.
He leads the group's diversification within Housing, as he creates BOURDAIS Pier France and becomes COO of La Compagnie Immobilière, another subsidiary within the group.
In the beginning of 2001, he moves to SIMCO, one of France's biggest Real Estate companies (which will be merged into GECINA), and takes the operational direction of LOCARE, the subsidiary in charge of renting out the group's assets.
In the beginning of 2006, he is in charge of GECINA'S Investor Relations department.
In 2007, he is appointed Chief Operating Officer of UFFI REAM.
In September 2011, he joins CORUM asset Management as Chief Executive Officer in charge of Investments.
Mr. des Portes holds a Master in Commercial Real Estate from ICH and University Panthéon-Sorbonne
