In 2009, Societe Generale and Credit Agricole SA merged their global asset management businesses, and in 2011, Amundi SA (owned 75% by Credit Agricole and 25% by Societe Generale) acquired Societe Generale's stake. ASK Investment Managers Ltd. (ASKIM) is an asset management firm headquartered in Mumbai, India. It was founded by Asit Kishore Koticha and Monik Sameer Koticha in 1983. In 2022, the firm became a majority owned subsidiary of Blackstone, Inc. (NYSE: BX). ASKIM provides asset and wealth management services to high and ultra-high net worth individuals, institutions, pension funds, endowments, SWFs, family offices and multi-managers.
