Bloom is a Director & Head of Product Development at Record Currency Management Ltd.
He joined Record as Director in 2004, and was a Director & Head of Product Development prior to being a Consultant Prior to that, he was a Director of Global Foreign Exchange Risk Management at Citigroup in 2001.
He was also a Director for Financial Risk Management Consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1996.
In 1984, he was an Options Trader at Merrill Lynch & UBS Warburg.
Mr. Bloom earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Yale University and a Master of Science degree from Harvard University.
