Robert D. Stillman

Mr. Stillman is President of Milbridge Capital Management, LLC.
Milbridge provides advisory services to foreign governments, investors and lenders engaged in direct equity investments in the United States and global emerging markets.
He was Vice President for Investment Funds, Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), Washington, DC, September 1995 through April, 1998.
Initiated and led the Investment Funds Department, and expanded the program to 25 funds with $3 billion to invest, operating in most of the world’s emerging markets.
From December 1993 to September 1995, Mr. Stillman was Associate Administrator for Investment at the U.S.
Small Business Administration in Washington, DC and responsible for administration of the Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) Program.
From 1957 to 1972, Mr. Stillman was associated with Payson & Trask, becoming a general partner in 1962.
This firm was one of the first organized venture capital concerns in the United States.
Mr. Stillman received a B.E.
degree in Chemical Engineering from Yale University in 1950, and an M.B.A.
from Harvard Business School in 1952.
