Robert L. Cross

Mr. Robert L.
Cross is General Partner at Two Rivers Associates LLC.
He has experience in private equity, managing operations, business development, transaction due diligence and financing.
Since 1995, he was instrumental in building the portfolio of Cameron Holdings Corporation, a private equity firm that acquires "platform" companies with the intention of growing the businesses through leveraged acquisitions.
Most recently, he managed business development, acquisitions and operations of VTG Holdings, a Cameron portfolio company that manufactures audio interfacing and cable equipment.
From 1981 to 1995, Mr. Cross was responsible for developing acquisition programs and directing a variety of manufacturing, service and real estate operations as an officer of two investment holding companies.
Prior to moving into private equity, he held a variety of positions with Emerson Electric Company, with responsibility for finance, acquisitions and strategic planning.
Within Emerson, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for two subsidiaries.
He began his career with Ernst & Ernst (now Ernst & Young).
Mr. Cross received his BS in accounting and economics from Southern Illinois University.
He is also a certified public accountant.
