Earlier in his career, Mr. Widing practiced corporate law, focusing on antitrust, environmental and communications matters, as an attorney with Kirkland and Ellis in Washington, D.C.

in Political Science, Summa Cum Laude, from St. John Fisher College and a J.D.
from the Georgetown University Law Center.
