Ronald Falcon

Ronald is a Vice President at 5th Century Partners (“5CP”).
He has been investing, advising, and building businesses within private equity for over a decade.
Prior to 5CP, he was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey where he advised private equity clients across numerous investment themes.
Before McKinsey, he was the Head of Promotional Readiness for North America and Head of Supply Chain and Logistics for Latin America and the Caribbean at Burger King (a 3G Capital portfolio company).
He started his career as an Aerospace Engineer at The Boeing Company.
Ronald holds an M.B.A.
from The University of Chicago, an M.S.
in Systems Architecting and Engineering from The University of Southern California, a B.S.
in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and a B.M.
in Music from Berklee College of Music.
Ronald currently resides in New York City where he enjoys spending time hiking and flying airplanes.
