Russell Lindzon

Russell Lindzon is Legal Counsel at Kensington.
Prior to joining Kensington, Russell practiced corporate securities law at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP where he was an active member of the firm’s M&A, securities, investment funds, private equity and emerging companies groups.
During his time at Fasken, Russell was involved in a variety of public and private transactions, including mergers and acquisition, corporate reorganizations, take-over bids, reverse takeovers and debt and equity financings.
Russell holds a J.D.
from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University and a B.A.
from the University of Western Ontario.
