Mr. Ryan Donovan is a Managing Director at Samuel A.

He has served as the Chairman of SIFMA new products' committee and is a member of the GASB task force on municipal derivatives.
Mr. Donovan received his BS in finance from the University at Albany and holds Series 7, 53, and 63 FINRA licenses.
