Sarah Doyle

Sarah joined Semperian’s senior leadership team in March 2022 as Regional Director, managing the South West Region.
Sarah has a proven background having previously been responsible for an extensive range of complex PFI and PPP projects in Health, Defence, Police & Criminal Justice, Education, Rail and Community Sectors from bid stage through to handback over a period of 20 years in both the public and private sectors in the UK.
Sarah also has extensive experience in providing H&S, Construction and Project Management support to Projects, delivering complex Major Variations along with implementing Performance Improvement Plans for distressed projects.
Sarah has proven skills in investigating and turning around failing PFI Projects along with PFI Board Directorship experience and has experience in Tendering, Benchmarking and Market Testing commercial support offering continual value to clients.
