Prior to joining Bank of America, Mr. Kapadia worked in Morgan Stanley’s Mergers and Acquisitions department where he focused on the energy, health care and consumer sectors.
He started his career as a Financial Analyst with Kidder, Peabody in the Building Products Group before later joining Cowen & Company’s Healthcare Group in 1995.
Mr. Kapadia holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dartmouth College.
