Mr. Scotte Carter is Senior Vice President-Taxable Fixed Income at E.
J.
De La Rosa & Co., Inc. Prior to joining De La Rosa in March 2007, he was a Senior Vice President with Wachovia Securities, and previous to that, a Senior Vice President with Jefferies & Co. He is a 20 year veteran of institutional sales with taxable products, and has extensive experience with U.S.
Treasury, agency and corporate debt.
Mr. Carter earned degrees in Finance and Marketing from the University of Denver, where he also minored in Economics and Statistics.
He is registered with the NASD and holds Series 6, 7 and 63 licenses.
