Seth Painter

Mr. Seth Painter is a Vice President at The GreensLedge Group LLC.
Prior to joining GreensLedge in October 2008, Mr. Painter was an Associate at Precision Capital, where he advised CDO equity investors on prospective investments after analyzing deal structures, target portfolios, risk and return profiles, legal documents and marketing materials.
Additionally, he created customized CDO models for a top-tier CDO manager to analyze the performance of each of its outstanding deals, including the performance of debt tranches, equity returns and management fees.
He also worked on the refinancing of market value and cash flow CDOs.
Prior to Precision Capital, he was a Senior Associate in theStructured Finance Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he modeled prime MBS, subprime MBS, auto receivables, and CDO transactions.
He also worked extensively on FIN 46 analysis associated with off-balance sheet transactions.
Mr. Painter holds a B.A.
in Finance and International Business from James Madison University.
