Shahny Lutfeali

Shahny Lutfeali joined Tishman Speyer in 2015 and is currently responsible for the firm’s operations in Seattle and the Pacific Northwest.? This includes new business development efforts to expand Tishman Speyer’s presence in the region and overseeing the development of 112th & Main in Bellevue, WA.
Prior to this role, Shahny served in multiple capacities in Southern California, including acquisitions, where he played an instrumental role in the acquisitions of CNN Tower, the Hyperloop development site, and Arboretum Courtyard in Santa Monica.?Shahny also worked on asset management of the portfolio and the development of the Playa Vista collection.
Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, he worked in development for West Coast REIT, Kilroy Realty Corporation.
Shahny holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
