Shahriq Sheikh

Mr. Shahriq Sheikh is a Chief Operating Officer & Chief Compliance Officer at Redwood Grove Capital LLC.
He provides leadership, strategic vision, and oversight of the firm’s operations and administration.
Mr. Sheikh works with the Fund Administration, Operations, and Portfolio Management groups developing process enhancements and improving scalability and service.
Additionally, he serves as Chief Compliance Officer and oversees all aspects of the firm's regulatory compliance program and legal matters.
Prior to Redwood Grove Capital LLC, Mr. Sheikh was a Consultant at Ernst & Young, advising financial institutions on compliance, operating strategy, and implementing industry practices.
His experience also includes operations management roles in finance startups as well as large, global manufacturing and engineering companies.
Mr. Sheikh received his M.B.A.
from Columbia Business School and his BSc degree in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.
