Shelley M. Shepherd

Ms. Shepherd has held numerous management positions within private and public accounting for companies in a broad range of industries.
Prior to joining Platte River Ventures, Ms. Shepherd was the Denver Controller for Titanium Metals Corporation (TIMET) where she was responsible for forecasting, analysis and management of the corporate operating budget.
Ms. Shepherd was previously Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis with Gart Sports (now The Sports Authority) where she worked on capital raising and diligence for a strategic acquisition.
Ms. Shepherd spent five years in the audit and advisory practice of Arthur Andersen LLP.
Ms. Shepherd earned her B.S.
in Accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a Certified Public Accountant.
