Ms. Shiria Khatun is on the Board of Directors at London Pensions Fund Authority.

She was elected as a Labor Councilor for Tower Hamlets in 2006.
Ms. Khatun is a lead Cabinet member for culture at the LB Tower Hamlets and is the Mayor's Special Advisor for Transport for London.
She is also a Board member for a number of organizations in the area such as the Rich Mix Culture Centre and has started a few community organizations and forums.
She currently works for a voluntary organization around training young unemployed people for work.
