Rather than checking your school homepage for schedule changes or even writing by hand all classes and homework in you organizer, 1calendar can automatically retrieve all this information at the start of each new semester. Its system communicates directly with your school's homepage and in that way they will be able to notify you whenever a class schedule changes or when homework is updated. The information is pushed directly to your web calendar and your new 1calendar Android and iPhone apps. Today the company is venture backed and consists of developers from all around the world. What they all have in common is a passion for organizing and saving time. During the last two years, they have researched their target customer - students. This has resulted in a number of highly efficient tools which significantly optimize the time spent on planning daily school activities. Its closed beta version of 1calendar was launched in January 2009 and became an instant success.
