Stephanie S. Stamatos

As an Executive Partner, Stephanie works with the Human Resources Group to foster a positive company culture by implementing the firm’s HR strategies in key areas such as talent acquisition and succession planning, talent management and development, organizational planning and employee engagement.
She also collaborates with senior management to shape the future of THL through human capital efforts.
Passionate about making an impact, Stephanie formerly served as a member of both THL’s DEI Leadership Committee and Charitable Foundation Board.
Before joining the THL team, Stephanie held various HR leadership roles at Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo (GMO), Silver Lake Partners and Fidelity Investments.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, traveling and practicing Pilates.
Stephanie lives with her husband, daughter and mini Bernedoodle.
