Stephen R.
Kahn is presently one of directors.
In addition, he is a Managing Director of Advent International Corporation (a global private equity firm), which position he has held since 1993.
Prior to that, he was a Vice President/Director at Advent.
At Advent, Mr. Kahn is the senior partner responsible for Advent global programs and corporate partnerships.
His responsibilities include development and oversight of regional venture market activities, including Israel, Australia, India and Japan.
In addition, Mr. Kahn oversees Advent's corporate programs with leading Fortune 500 companies from around the world.
Previously, he worked in Advent's financial services group and was responsible for corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions advisory services.
Mr. Kahn has been a member of the board of directors of CompuScan Marketing, Inc., Cycloid Co. and Gemini Israel Funds.
He has been a director since October 1998.
