Steve Hoffmann

Mr. Hoffmann is the President of WaterTech Capital Corporation.
WaterTech Capital is an investment company engaged in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, management consulting and merchant banking activities in the water industry.
He has extensive experience in the water industry.
He was responsible for the development of the Water Financial Advisory Service Group, which is a division of The Miller Group, a boutique merchant bank.
Prior to getting involved with the investment side of the water industry, Mr. Hoffmann was the CFO for Water Chef, a publicly held company engaged in water filtration, water cooler manufacturing and water store franchising.
He was also a regional manager for Ernst & Young's Environmental Practice.
He is currently a contributing editor to U.S.
Water News' Water Investment Newsletter.
He is a member of the American Water Works Association, the Water Quality Association, and the Water Environment Federation.
Mr. Hoffmann received a B.S.
in Business Administration at Kansas State University and an M.S.
in Resource Economics from the University of North Texas.
